My guess is you have a 16758, quick-set, 3xxx movement. Most put the end of the 1675s around 1980.

Sometime around 1989, the 16750 was replaced by the 16760

Got this somewhere:

The 16750 with the 30 series high beat movement and quick set date replaced the 1675 GMT that used the 15 series movement and non quick set date. The beauty of this model is that it has the vintage look with matt dial and acrilyc crystal and ease of use of the quick set date. They updated the dial on the 16750 a few years later to one with gloss and white gold surrounds around the indices before they replaced it with the 16760 which had a sapphire. That was replaced with the 16700 with 31 series movement.

Hard to say when the last one's rolled out, but most put the end of the 16750 series around 1988 with the debut of the 16700.

It's worth noting the 16700 and the 16760 were never offered in TT or gold. That didn't begin again untill the 16710 series circa 1989.

It's always a bit fuzzy trying to nail down specific times with a model run. Overlap is common with Rolex references. Only the mothership knows for certain and they are very tight lipped.

Different sources commonly site a year or two variation.

Here's a bit of a chart one collector put together from his research,
