I just had a watch serviced within the last month at the Dallas RSC. They accepted a copy of the card with absolutely no issues.

Rolex Daytona pusher fell off
I have my 2017 rolex Daytona 18 carat white gold, I drop at AD Razny in chicago,
To check the power reserve, after two weeks they called and said nothing wrong with my watch; got home and pusher fell off; i went back to AD Razny next day, My watch never suffered and impact or damage that I can remember. AD “Razny” Denied that they damage my watch. Does any one have same issue or what the watchmaker did to my watch while in there position? |
