Pic request - 1680 with new RSC bezel insert
I'm thinking of getting a new RSC bezel insert for my 1979 1680 sub . . just to change up the look a bit (and have a spare). Currently it has a faded & scratched mid-font flat 4 insert (possibly original to the watch) that looks great, just fancy a change and at only £50 from RSC, why not ?
But I can't find any photos of what you would actually get today as a replacement bezel insert for a vintage 1680 from an RSC ? Has anyone had this work done at RSC in recent years? Would like to see a pic of what they look like please.

Here’s an example in the FS ads
https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=695453 I like your current insert way better. I’d search for a NOS fat font insert. |

Thankyou Eric . . great example, not sure why I didn't search FS ads.
I wanted to be sure that is the style/type that an RSC would install today. I can cope with that .. if it is (non-matching Luminova pearl might bug me though) Yeah I'd be partial to NOS fat font insert but the prices I have seen are outside of my current budget!

Mid font flat four first introduced 78/79 from what I was told on here. So, could be either . . . information gained from investigations on here
