This years see’s Rolex celebrate 100 years of being founded, will we see a brand new reference released at Basel to commemorate this huge milestone.

If so will it be a professional model or non professional, either way I suspect if it does happen the watch will be made from platinum and out of reach for many pockets.

Rolex moved to Geneva, a city renowned internationally for watchmaking. Montres Rolex S.A. was registered in Geneva in 1920.

So depending on how you look at it, this is their 100th anniversary.
