Depends on the dial color- white is rarely seen in the case anymore. Having said that, I can’t recall seeing any dial color OP39 in the AD case in the US lately. It’s a sad situation...

You can get it with a few months wait.

should be pretty easy to source. just find all of the AD's within a reasonable distance from you and start cold calling. one might actually have one in stock

I’ve been trying to find either the black or the white with no luck. I hardly see any 36mm, let alone 39mm. But you can find them in grey market , priced over retail.
I don’t know what’s going on with Rolex watches distribution

Thanks for the answer. The prices on the grey market are very high, i thought that it was a watch that was not so wanted...

This is surprising. Where did the millions of Rolex watches gone to? Bermuda Triangle? The Chinese economy is very weak, I see few shoppers in many Malls, still no Rolex SS.... how ironic.

I was able to try the white OP on at my AD near Christmas, its nice but I'm a sucker for black dials. The Red Grape has always been the most intriging to me, it seems like it would so much fun to wear. I've hardly seen any OPs around for awhile, maybe they just sell out immediately, i dont know.

Great answers on here. I find that for most of the peices the waitlist depends on a ton of factors: where you are located, traffic at the AD, relationship and prior buying experience, etc.

I think the OP is not THAT hard to get from an AD, you may have to wait a bit but I don't think you are going to be waiting for months.

My favorite colorway, also my first Rolex I ever got is the grey dial with blue dots over the others, but again its all preference. Ive seen plenty of the other ones, but havent come across a single grey dial out in the world yet.
