Description: Case: The thick and even case is excellent and is possibly unpolished showing wide prominent bevels and only light wear for its age. The case has a bright sleeve polished finish from years of constant gentle use. The black "non-minute index" bezel is excellent showing some light wear for its age. Dial: The original small logo gilt dial is excellent showing only light wear for its age. The extremely tight and intricate pattern of the patina gives the appearance of a satin finish. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue. The hands which came with the watch when found are a few years younger than the watch and have been expertly relumed by LA watchworks to match the original dial luminous material. Bracelet: The 12 link stretch rivet bracelet si excellent and very tight. The clasp is stamped with a 1956 date code. Accessories: The watch was just fully overhauled and comes with service papers from LA watch Works. Notes: This extremely rare 3, 6, 9 dial 6200 Submariner shows remarkably light wear for a 66 year old watch. What is even more rare is this watch is fresh to the market from the original owners family. Just when we all thought all of the "KING SUBS" have been found.
