Screw pin for 16014 Datejust

I would like to replace two screw pins in my jubilee bracelet and I wonder:

1) Does it matter whether they're original or not - is there difference and can one tell whether a screw is original or not? I do not mind purchasing original if I find one, just curious.

2) What screws exactly does the 16014 Jubilee use?
