where to get Bracelet screws?

I have a 2021 airking that the AD added a link to the bracelet for me when I purchased it new. I recently noticed that they messed the head of the screws up and Now I cant unsee it, is there a way to get 2 replacement screws?

Ask That same AD? Complain and ask for free screws. Or else RSC if you live close by but with all that’s happening nowadays you probably need to book an appointement.

I’d gently offer it to the original AD for advice at least they would be the most likely place to obtain a genuine part.

I agree with those who said to address the issue with the AD. I’m hazarding a guess that they do not have a watchmaker (or a poor watchmaker) and that an SA did the link addition at point of sale.

Offer to buy the two screws that are causing the issue for you.

A perceptive SA may just give them to you.

AD. Avoid the ebay route. I tried that, and despite all the authenticity mentioned in the ad, the thread pitch was different.

Update time, got the screws from the AD (31.80) took a few weeks to get them in

If the AD messed them up the they should pay for the replacements.

That was my thought but I wasnt gonna raise a fuss about 30.00

If your happy with the watch now that's all that matters and I'd give that AD a swerve in future.

That's expensive for two screws and the AD should pay IMO, although many parts are still outsourced by Rolex like the mainsprings made by Schwab-Feller AG,at one time before the introduction of the in-house made hairsprings they used ones from ETA Nivarox. And the KIF escapement shock system was not Rolex made, they now use there own in-house paraflex system, but in the real world no better than the KIF, only the fact in-house made. Plus all movement synthetic ruby bearings and cap jewel bearings,crystals,spring-bars,all screws movement and bracelet screws outsourced, and a firm called Aiguilles makes all the watch hands for all models, screws from Ofrei.com just as good if you get the same size for watch.
