Would this trade be in my favour? Taking market value and not msrp of course.

It’s in your favor if you want the watch, haha. In terms of value, black dial goes for “only” low $30’s so I guess not bad.

Granted Rolex PM has ruined me

Haven’t worn my Black 500 or any of my SS pieces since acquiring a couple PM pieces. Funny thing is I don’t want to either.

If you have something in your collection that can replace the Daytona, I’d say yes. If not, i wouldn’t go for the smurf, way too blue. I’d go for something like the 12 series one.
