116509 Daytona Dial Swap Qs
Hi all,
Just have a quick question for all of you lovely fellow Rolex owners. I am wondering if anyone has any data on how much time one would have to wait when swapping out their current 116509 dial to the bright blue one. RSC always says " around 3 months" but I have now been waiting over 11 months swapping out for the Turquoise Dial (Handed the watch into RSC in April 2021) Any info is surely welcome and appreciated! Warmest regards, |

I think they may be providing you misinformation. You generally can't swap to the blue dial on the Daytona or the turquoise OP dial.

Last year many converted whitegold Daytona’s popped up on C24, most of then being the 116519 on strap (“beach”). But according to official info the turquoise dial was available aswell for the 116509 full whitegold one! It’s very well possible Rolex has finally put a halt to these conversion projects mostly done for monetary reasons by dealers… What does your RSC say when inquiring ? |

Someone was selling one for 50k if RSC won’t fit the dial to your watch…….I’m surprised they have had it that long and even agreed to fit the turquoise dial
