Incoming… Pride of Italy

Hello fellows :)

Went for this Pride of Italy Chronograph. 500 pieces only. I love the blue subdials and the not so shiny white (like in the normal chronographs). I also can’t understand it’s priced similarly to the normal 41mm pandas given its a limited edition. Really getting used to the 41mm vs the 39mm version of my 15300ST. I think it fits my wrist better.

I’m really loving it. On the bracelet just looks amazing. Looking forward to the summer and wearing it with the original blue rubber strap by the pool. Glad I found this version with the extra steel bracelet.

Have a good rest of your week!!

It really is. The blue subdials are super pretty.

I’m really enjoying the wrist presence too :-)

I almost bought this exact same watch about 2 months ago from a dealer. Love it but couldn't get to the number I wanted to pay

thanks so so much! Your new Chrono looks amazing too! Just commented on your post.

By the way, I snapped a photo just to show them both side by side. Of course, the AP is real "Haute Horlogerie", finishing is amazing and perfect... and the Panda cannot compete there, but the Panda is still is such a pretty. I love them both. Of course, if I had to choose, I prefer the 26326ST... more versatile, a bit bigger/fits my wrist better, and the dial is just superior. Let's not forget about the bracelet, which is more comfortable, and in my opinion, the best design for a bracelet ever.

thanks Brian!! I'm still enjoying it a lot to be honest. Was happy to find this model that already had the steel bracelet sourced from AP as an add-on

I do agree that the Pride of Italy is undervalued. It's because it normally comes on a strap and you need to procure the bracelet on its own.

Thank you I’m really loving the 41mm plus the blue subdials. The 38mm 26315 would be too small on my wrist I feel. The Daytona already is.

I think it’s a great value given you can still source a steel bracelet for it and it’s a 41mm panda with blue subdials, which is IMO the nicest combo.

Let’s not forget it’s a special edition Royal Oak. 500 pieces only. And other pandas go for more price than this one; that are made by 20 times or more pieces (10k pieces at minimum per reference).
