My other Rolex pieces are an SD43 and a DJ41.

Clearly the SD43 is thicker and I wouldn’t say the Milgauss feels any thicker than the DJ. It feels perfectly comfortable and wearable to me.

The worst watch I’ve ever owned for thickness was a Monaco, I seemed to bang that all the time. I got rid of it in the end

I wish Rolex came out with a slightly smaller version of this watch! Only thing stopping me from pulling the trigger is the dial appears quite large on my 7" wrist
