I suppose that’s one way to look at it, but the standard Seamaster is only $5400 US. Like I said above, I question whether or not the $2200 premium is worth it. I personally don’t think so. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I love my Green Seamaster 300M and this one is even more stunning.
I’ll definitely add one to my collection. |

My gut feeling is that this will be very limited production, the snoopy equivalent but for the seamaster line.

Love the no date, just wish it had end links. To me the lack of end links makes it look unfinished. YMMV...

This new version looks nice but again at such a premium is too rich for my tastes. Perhaps it's popularity will shift the demand and bring down the pre-owned market for the titanium models. |

New Bond Watch Reveal This Week
I think this is… interesting. I think the premium is too much.
It seems to be an odd hybrid of the NTTD - bracelet, Milanese and the blue from 93. Minus a date. Which that one had. And not the iconic bracelet that so many seem to hate. Plus Connery wore a sub 60 years ago. On nato I think first time? Nowhere near as good as the NTTD imho and that’s too dear. #confused. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It also comes in silly with coloured baguettes on the bezel as per Omega Insta

I don't like the lollipop hand or the caseback, but as I said in my earlier post, I expected a healthy degree of 007 branding. I am glad they put nothing on the dial. Everything else about the watch I really like.
I own the standard blue Seamaster 300M. I like a lot of this. I prefer the model without the date as shown here. I also love the mesh bracelet. It looks beautiful, but I have heard mixed reviews on fit and comfort with a bulky clasp section. Overall, I think it's a good effort. |

I’m pleased with this release and happy they didn’t slam 007 all over the dial. It is actually very tasteful. I can’t remember the last time an Omega release has got me this excited. For me, I grew up on on Goldeneye, both the movie and N64 game so this somewhat retro design and being modeled after the prior 1995 version appeals to me. A sweet spot you could say.
Going to try on a NTTD version and decide. My only concern is the bracelet as I’ve heard the clasp area gets bulky. Quote:
Not sure if it will really be that scarce with time though. They said the same exact thing about the NTTD and it’s pretty much readily available now. |

I just don't get the 007 tie in and it has never appealed to me. I think it is tired. Everytime I go into my boutique they try to sell me something 007.

I actually like it a lot & am thinking of reaching out to my local AD on one. I’m not big on the bond branded watches they put out but the blue does separate the black dials I currently own in the small rotation.

Yes, technically speaking, the current blue dial model isn’t any less of a Bond watch than this new model. Same heritage, same lineage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Exactly the same! Really just from a practical perspective. I love how most Omegas have a nice long pointy second hand that very clearly shows where it's pointing. This seems like the opposite of precise.

On a related note, I used to work for a guy who wore a watch with a big Razorback on the dial - I live in Arkansas. It alwas struck me as bizare that a grown man would wear a watch with a team logo in a professional setting. |

Also, I wonder where they got the idea for a black, tan, red release followed by a blue on blue release?
