Shipping to Michel Young from USA

I'm trying to send out my sub to get the bracelet fixed, the case polished, and the movement serviced.

Trying to get it shipped out but it's been difficult to ship out a watch whose value is around $8,000. Looking to see if anyone has recently shipped to Michael Young and what carrier/steps they took to get it there.

If you have not insured your watch, I recommend Registered Mail so you can fully insure it in transit.

There are other options if you feel queasy about an overseas shipment.

Rolliworks in Florida comes to mind as they specialize in bracelet work and can handle the rest too.

Keep things simple and use Rolliworks. They’ll even send you a pre-paid shipping label.

When I looked into braclet repair I found a lot of less than positive Michael Young reviews. In the old days he got good ones so who knows.

Like said above Rolliworks is excellent and in the good ole USA. Just got a bracelet back with a permanent link removed. They sent me a fedex label and overall great price too!

Another +1 for Rolliworks. They did a fantastic job on my wife’s vintage DJ jubilee bracelet. It is tight and wears like new

I sent an Oyster bracelet to Michael Young around seven years ago and he did a great job but I wouldn’t ship a watch internationally. Rolliworks has many excellent references here.
