Great call! I always suggest Glendronach to friends who say they like Macallan and want to expand a little. The 15 year is my go-to, even since it’s changed.

I may crack that Tears of Llorana tonight too, have a friend coming over who loves tequila.

For me, tonight is a costco-bottling of Angel’s Envy. Quite pedestrian, nothing to write home about…

My go to is Knob Creek 9 year old. Nothing super special, but it's reliable like a good hammer. Subtle it is not and at times, that's what I want. It's a big, bold, bourbon.

My fav right now is Col EH Taylor. Amazing bourbon if I want a to savor a drink.

Also - Stagg Jr might be my grail. Every time I've tasted it, it floors me. Have a bottle, just waiting for the right reason to open it.
