Daytona real or fake?

One guy says it's the real Daytona. But now there are so many fakes in our world, unfortunately.
Please look at pic and say this Rolex Daytona was real or fake? Any thoughts would be helpful.
Unfortunately I don't have better quality photo.

Appearance looks legit. Always open up the case back to check movement if in doubt

No big red flags on this picture but it’s nearly enough to authenticate the entire watch on.

of course they can and have.
No shortage of $600 fakes with "cloned" movements that would look just like that in a pic.

Who's the "guy" that says it's real? White sneaker guy ?
Did he let you take a ( not good ) photo of his watch and post it on here to ask, or is it really your watch and you know exactly whether it's real or fake ?

Id have to imagine everyone knows it's the latter...they just don't feed the trolls

Based on that pix I would take it to a RSC and request a service quote otherwise it’s a pass from me.
