The 5167a is a shocking strap monster. This is, by far, the most comfortable combination I’ve ever experienced with a watch. Nick Mankey hook strap. Sublime

This is unexpectedly cool, great choice!
The orange is a perfect combination with the black dial à la 5968a, and the fabric material makes this fun and casual.
How nice it would be if Patek allowed for different color rubber straps to be purchased for this. I don’t like the RubberB in the same way. Your strap option is better than that.

Right?! Such a great combo.

The 5968 is a dream watch.

Tempest straps has more colorful collection of Aquanaut rubber straps vs RubberB. Here’s mine on the light gray Tempest

This is a funny one….ive got this watch and I love it in the collection, but just don’t enjoy wearing it in the same way I enjoy others.

The craftsmanship is outrageous. So very thin and wonderfully finished. It’s quirky, art-deco and unusual.

I’ve considered selling it just because I won’t wear it, but I know I’d miss it if I sold it.

It’s a conundrum.

I totally agree with this view. RubberB for me is too close to OEM, but not OEM. I'd also rather have that strap than a RuuberB

This is very cool too, Jordan. Fits perfectly. I was not aware of Tempest, so will check it out. I do wonder if these companies aren’t legally allowed to replicate the exact rubber-tire look of the OEM Aquanaut straps.
But their designs are still great combos with Aquanauts.

Jordan - do the Tempest Aquanaut straps have the 2 alignment pins that fit the case holes?
