can anyone help me figure out what i have? TIA!
i inherited this Rolex from my stepdad a couple years ago and i just pulled it out of my drawer....it seems to be in beautiful condition and i would love to know the details about it....model #, etc.
from Google, i can only figure out that it is what they call a "day-date" but i can't seem to find this exact one....can anyone help please? |

Sorry about your stepdad. I’m also sorry that you inherited a watch that may only have sentimental value.

I think you inherited fond memories of your step dad and not much else. That makes this priceless.

Sorry to hear about your stepfather. As some of the other users mentioned, a handful of things look off for a true day date. Gold tarnishing, bezel and dial. People change these parts out all the time and put in aftermarket items which don’t look great. Worth getting checked out by a dealer or AD though! I’ve seen some crazy discoloration and tarnishing gold on authentic Rolexes, so idk! Hope you enjoy the watch whatever the case may be.

It’s not a real Daydate but if your stepfather loved it then i hope you have good memories of it. That’s more important then the value.

Probably one of the early 90ies Geneve Fake. Check case and bracelet for real gold.

Lugs have a weird shape amongst other things. Cherish the sentimental value.
