Incoming!

Hi all,

I’ve been on the hunt for a while and finally found the perfect 145.012 for me. Seller was great. Has been recently serviced by omega and glad to say not over polished. The bracelet is a service replacement but works well. Dial and bezel and everything original. Hands were replaced as were pushers and the hesalite, but got those parts back and seller included them in the sale! So have it all except for the original bracelet.

I then decided I wanted to see the beautiful 321 so put a clear case back on! Will store the original away safely with the other parts that were replaced.

Some pics. My favorite speedy in my entire collection. I’m over the moon (hah)

Congratulations! What year is it? Sourcing period correct hands would look great on it, but it’s up to you.

Thank you!

1967. The hands I have (original ones). These are service replacements. But they are correct. These came with the square end and the sphere end. Learned that while researching a lot on the watch

Great looking watch

You mentioned got the original hands from seller. Whats the condition? You tempted to have refitted although the replacements look pretty good too

I’ve thought about it. But don’t want to go there yet. Maybe in a bit. The original hands are in decent shape but the patina isn’t as nice or even as the dial (usually the case). I also have original pushers but will keep these as the watch functions perfectly as it should.

Congratulations on finding the perfect 145.012 Speedmaster, it sounds like a fantastic addition to your collection! The fact that it was recently serviced by Omega and hasn’t been over-polished is a big win. Plus, having all the original parts, even the hesalite and pushers, makes it even more special. The clear case back is a brilliant choice to show off the iconic 321 movement—it’s one of the highlights of owning a vintage Speedmaster. It’s great to hear you’re so pleased with it; definitely a standout piece in any collection!
