Have not seen this configuration posted here. For me, white gold would be the way to go. Platinum is just not worth the premium.

I began my obsession with Rolex back in the 70’s. My uncle was a watchmaker.
During those decades, I have amassed and never sold many watches.
To most hear, they are many “Grail" references.
They range in almost every metal option from Placor, SS, Steel and Gold, 14kt, 18kt in YG, WG and RG.
All my own collection lacks is a Platinum model.
Years ago, for a special life moment, I did purchase a Platinum model.
However, it was for my wife. Dumbest Rolex purchase I ever made.
