I would go with the Sub and DD. If you are in a different time zone I would do gmt and DD.

A one and only, the SD43. Why worry about other valuable watches.

Unfortunately the OP didn’t provide a dress watch on a strap as a choice so I picked the DD for that role. For the WR/theft resistance role I went with the DSSD. Less obvious than something like the Pepsi. |

Nowadays I take a BB on a rubber strap. Nice but inconspicuous. You do you.

Seadweller & call it a day. Not only is it the watch that I'd cry the least over if something happened to it (damage/theft), but you're on vacation... I think stopping to smell the roses takes precedence over making sure the the moonphase is set correctly. That's just me, though. I take a cheap Glycine on vacations for that reason.

I also spend a great deal of time in the Caribbean, and I am traveling to St. Lucia in a few weeks. Things are not what they used to be anywhere. For me, I take one watch, usually an older Breitling Superocean. If you want to bring a high end timepiece, I would consider bringing just one, and keep it on your wrist. Whatever you decide, be safe and enjoy

The day date only for me. Don’t like storing a second watch away from home.
DD covers every situation. |

Don't typically wear an expensive watch on vacation, but my choice would be the SD43
