tools needed

What tools would be needed for the Seamaster 300 bracelet to remove a link in the bracelet?

1.7mm (I believe) screwdriver and a very small paper clip or the end of a holes case spring bar tool. Also, helpful would be a jeweler head loupe and a pair of tweezers.

This is good advice. I'll add that it's a good idea to warm the links where you're going to remove the screws. The locking goo Omega puts in the threads can be stubborn. I usually put a bowl of water in the microwave and then soak the bracelet in it.

The screws on the ends of the links aren't actually screws; they're just little tiny caps to secure a pin that actually connects the links. I mean tiny. They're a pain in the butt, so be prepared.

I took my Seamaster into my local boutique about 2 years & they removed a link free of charge as a complimentary service (watch was 26 years/ not bought from them)

Just incase saved you a job

1.6mm. Get something quality--Bergeon or Horotec. A regular screwdriver works but a T-blade screwdriver is ideal.

Not required but I would also recommend getting watchmaker tweezers. Handling the screws and pins is fiddly and best done with something like a #2 tweezers.
