I have a 2016 Sub-date 116620LN have been noticing in other discussions people wondering and thinking a Submariner is FAKE based on the = sign on the dial between meters and feet.

Example: 1000 ft = 300 meters
Example: 1000 ft= 300 meters

Mine shows up like the bottom example.
Is this a variation? NOT CENTRED

There are a lot of variations of fonts on Rolex dials.

When folks know that their watch is authentic, they should be noting the differences for reference rather than questioning, and compiling those minor things.

Was thinking it more if a rarity than some of the common points on a dial.

If you bought it from an AD you have nothing to worry about

Yes, it was from an AD. Was just curious of variations. Kind of like coin collectors and even vintage watches a change or mistake/variation can make them more sought after. Just when I thot I had it figured out pre-2020 may be to the left I found some in the Centre. Oh well, as u say from AD so no worry
