blank warranty papers??

So I was researching about Rolexes' warranty papers as some watches have the green colored papers and some have the white background attestation blah, blah..., when I came across this:

http://classifieds.ozfreeonline.com/...NK-NEW---.html

Isn't this scary?

The green ones with the check-like paper sometimes have the dial described and some don't. What gives? The one on the link is the another kind.
Is there a reference guide to at least know which model comes with what?

The models had the same papers depending on the year of manufacture.

I think it depends on who is running the press that day. Some do note the dial, some don't, and some are blank. The older papers, from the 70's and 80's are more abundant blank than the multi-colored papers. Remember, these are warranty papers, and, as such, warranty the watch. Rolex never included these with watches for "collectors" many decades after the fact. They weren't for authenticating a Rolex, as new Rolexes were suppose to be purchased from authorized dealers. They were simply, a warranty document for the new owner.

If the papers have the seller, buyer and watch information it gives credibility to the watch. Of course the serial number of the watch and the AD has to match. Rolex knows what AD got every watch.

Papers are good for a real Rolex but much better for a fake one.
