Pav, that is absolutely great news and I can't wait until you actually HAVE the funds DEPOSITED in to your bank account and they are RECONCILED. I don't want to douse your good mood but the old: "Check is in the mail" still kind of disturbs me from this guy.

Let's just hope that I am a pessimist and you are all set Pav!

I hear you Paul about being pessimistic.... it's the correct point of view considering everything that has transpired.

But with the pressure we applied here and pressure from the IWJG, he has little choice but to refund me.... I wish I could have recorded our phone conversation today. It was very interesting. He apologized at the end. This time I DO NOT forgive him.

Onkyo, glad to see everything worked out. I was afraid we were going to have to call Guido and a few of his friends to take care of this matter.

In my part of Brooklyn we have Greesha and Vlad who take care of business..... They won't be needed hopefully. Thanks for the support.

Awesome news Pav. Great to see this has worked out.

Thank you .... I will keep everyone updated once I receive the check.

I also have not removed my complaint with the NYC BBB and IWJG until I am fully refunded and everything clears.
