Does anybody like brown dialed watches?

Over the years I have found myself more and more wearing brown dialed Rolex sport models on straps. Does anybody else like brown or distressed, faded, etc brown dialed watches on straps?

I have an old cheap emporio armani quartz tank on brown leather...it's a nice watch for what it is.

Oh....I didn't mean to imply I had the cash for one sitting on my desk...

It's on my wish list though..

But a PM on the matter if you do decide to part with her would be looked upon favorably sir.

I said before that a nipple indicied brown beauty would be my first step towards the inevitable vintage spiral...

You can buy any new watch you want...but a brown one? Well...that takes a more careful search...

P.s. That bad boy is SCREAMING for a dark brown distressed leather strap...

I really like espresso-esque dials, such as the ones found on certain Omega Speedmaster Professionals and the faded dials of some older IWC pilot watches.

I've never given it much thought, but it appears that brown goes well with yellow gold.

There's not much of a chance that I'll ever need to consider it further.

My Milgauss dial actually looks brownish in some light... especially next to a glossy black dial of a Sub or Sea-Dweller.

I like the black watches that have faded to a dark brown, but still don't know if I could wear rootbeer. I don't wear much brown clothing

There's a brown dial Omega Speedmaster Pro in current production, as well as a Breitling Superocean Heritage. Both are gorgeous watches.

But that brown GMT beats the lot!!

I really like this dial because it is unusual. I didn't even know Rolex made a wooden dial, but here it is...........completely authentic.

borrowed pic. Posted over on WUS Rolex forum

I used to lust over rootbeers until I owned one.

I still think they're great, but not on me.
