What't the power reserve on this? What that email mean there? This must be water resistant to 300 ft/100 m right?Very beautifull, indeed.

Only problem I can see is that I'd never be able to tell time with it. I'd end up wearing it face down all the time just to watch the movement!

That is absolutely stunning.

Very nice but I wonder who the rocket scientist at Patek was to put '5000019' on the dial.

IMO that spoils the dial big time.

Spectacular pictures.....The movements on a PP are so ornate!!!

I have to agree with Eddie though, the numbers should be removed from the dial....
Thanks for posting!

Patek often prints the movement number on the dail (ONLY on their tourbillon models)
Look at the back and you'll find excatly the same number on the movement

Fantastic timepiece with a super nice classic look.

But yeah, who came up with the brilliant idea to put those numbers on the dial? What bothers me even more though, is the "email" thing. I know what it stands for in French, but I'm sorry, when I see the word "email" I can only think of the more computer related meaning of this word.

Cheers,
Joe

That is why they didn't need it on the front.

Doesnt matter what I say as I cant truly afford this (although a 5690P is on my list within the next 18 mths)

That being said I do not like EMail on the dial (yes I know its French) and I do not like the movement # on the dial.

IF I was in the market for a watch of this level I honestly think this would stop me from this one.

I did not know that. Thanks for the info. I think the ambiguity of this word on the dial spoils it a little for me but that movement is beautiful.

I much prefer the 5078p

*not my picture, borrowed from online*

The "email" on the front eats me up, though.

"Email" on the dial shouldn't bother me as much as it does. If I were to have any Patek at this point though it would be an annual calendar. (there are some beautiful Patek annuals out there!)

Simply stunning. I am a fan of the minute repeater complication as well. To the OP: Did you get to hear how it sounded?
