So far grilling outside would be doable but not very nice we are only at -10° C now but would have to have a serious amount of beer in me for standing outside at the grill in - 30°C as it was last year in Decemeber

So i guess it will be more steaks in the grill pan for a while

Changed plans at the last moment and decided to go out. The steak was fantastic as we had the ribeye steak. First was the lobster bisque soup and we were not to crazy about it.
This soup will be with you loooong after you eat dinner. Be warned. It overpowers everything. The side of potatos au gratin was yummy. The mushroom was drowning in butter. If you do get the ribeye may I suggest not cooking it over a plate of searing hot plate of butter. The ribeye will stand on it's own. Service was top notch.

The pork looks awesome!

Lunch yesterday was grilled ribeye, grilled potato, and arugula salad with shaved parmesan. Washed down with nice glass of Caymus.

Tim, I'll go for the BBQ pork sandwich! Man, after drowning in butter yesterday I'd go for real food!
Damn, that looks good. Right now it's about 45 out and it'll top out in the low 60's. So by the time 5 o'clock rolls around it'll be nice and chilly again. PERFECT temp to BBQ! Chicken breast tonight! Oh, yeah,NO BUTTER!
