Grandpa's gold rolex

I'm not too familiar with this style of Rolex, and it's hard to tell from the fuzzy photos, but something just looks really cheap about this watch.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ROLEX-MENS-PRESI...item27b8bc2aef

Plus it's the old "my grandfather passed away and we know nothing abut it" story.

THIS WAS MY GRANDPA THAT PASSED AWAY WE KNOW NOTHING
IT WORKS . KEEP PERFECT TIME , I CLASP IS MISSING , IT IN EXCELLENT
SHAPE . NO TAGS , DONT KNOW WHERE IT CAME FROM , I FOUND WITH 5 OTHER WATCHES WHICH I LISTING FOR GRANDMA
SHE 84 YEARS OLD AND WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM SO THERE SOLD AS IS
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECRIPTION , I HAVE 100% FEEDBACKS AND TAKE THEM VERY SERIOUS SO AGAIN I DONE MY BEST TO DECRIBE IT
BUT I HAVE NO PAPER WORK TO TELL US ANYTHING .YOU DECIDE

If my grandfather passed away and left behind what appeared to be a gold Rolex, i would either assume it was fake (and ask grandma for confirmation) or take it to a jeweler.
