TT Submariner question
If the new TT or gold Submariner bezel is ceramic than is any part or it gold other than the numerals? I mean the bezel is ceramic right so is the only part that is gold on a TT the center links and the crown?
Also on the older version which I have also owned the bezel has to be metal or otherwise it would scratch easily. However when you look at it from the side it has that gold Resse's peanut butter cup look so is the side of the bezel gold? So is the bezel gold or steel? |

The bezel is not ceramic... that is usually mis-stated..
The bezel on the TT Sub is 18k gold.. The insert that fits into the bezel is ceramic and the numerals are spray gold "paint".

Hi Tom,
Hope you are well and having a nice Christmas. Larry is correct although he may have simplified the 'spray gold paint' bit just a little.
