He's repeating what he was told by a watchmaker/seller which may be incorrect. Correcting the misinformed information is fair enough, but the whole x2 x3 x4 caper?? I get why you'd do that on a normal thread, but most of these responses are just mocking him!

This forum is a WEALTH of Rolex knowledge. Perhaps if people spent their time using the Search feature and taking the time to read and inform themselves rather than repeating information that they have no knowledge of being correct they wouldn't be mocked.

No... I agree, most users have loads of technical knowledge meaning its a great source of reference.

I am chilled, after all the OP has nothing to do with me, and yes you're right...
