My Friend Just Lost His Rolex Line After 30+ Years

They did not tell him why, they just sent a letter and to return everything except the watches he had. He followed all of their rules so it was most likely he is just too small time for them.

After 30+ years, what a great way to treat them..... Sounds similar to the Australian service agent (Max Schweizer) who was sent a similar 'gift' after having been a service agent for about the same time.

Wick and Greene and its successors had had Rolex in Asheville NC since the 1950s. They got the letter and all was gone in the blink of an eye. Rolex gets loyalty from us for whatever our reasons but they seem to have forgotten the folks who helped get them where they are now- the local ADs in smaller venues.
