Looks like a ruined Rolex to me. So many other brands make watches with PVD coating, why do this to a rolex.

Rolex will not touch this watch ever for a service, complete waste of money and not even attractive.

As far as who makes it, well it looks like Oneoff does.

A number of aftermarket firms offer PVD coated Rolexes. Here are a couple:

I wouldn't buy one, but I do like the look of the PVD Rolex watches.

I don't like the script on the dial and the case-back, though.

In this case the name is a misnomer in my opinion, as one-off is supposed to imply that it's one of a kind, or at least that's what I've deduced from reading forums.

There are at least 10 of these and probably a lot more.
