Hello all

I interested in a Tudor snowflake can someone school me on the history of the snowflake and what I should look for while looking for one to buy and how much should I pay for one when I find it?

Thanks in advance

Google Tudor snowfalke and there's plenty of info. Do lots of homework, there are a lot of fakes out there. Snowflakes are rare, sought after and rising and rising in value. Only buy an original 100% unmolested model. Blue is more desirable but some prefer black. STUDY STUDY STUDY!!!

Option 1 - Lots & lots of research to make yourself aware (still far from expert) but makes you really appreciate and understand the piece

Read & lean these threads:

http://rolexforums.com/showthread.ph...ight=snowflake

http://rolexforums.com/showthread.ph...ight=snowflake

http://rolexforums.com/showthread.ph...ight=snowflake

Search the Vintage Subforum for snowflake http://rolexforums.com/search.php?searchid=6547321

Go to VRF and Tudor Collector

Look through all of the threads, make copies of threads, build a folder of Fakes separate from a folder of Genuine with pictures and notes on both

Option 2: Go with one of the trusted sellers and choose one from them

There is a lot to learn about those watches so if you should buy one talk to Morgan, Ross or Derek at VRF. They
have a knowledge you can't beat about those watches.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.
