She blinded me with science

Just picked this up from my local AD. They were kind enough to throw in some Rolex gear as well. I had been wanting a "dressier" piece in my collection for some time. I think it adds a good deal of variety to my collection. I had to wait a little longer to the GV but it was well worth it.

I just love the throwback look of this piece. It's got a very solid feel I assume is due to the Faraday cage and enough bling to make it a very versatile piece. I was looking at this, a SS GMTIIC, and the Datejust II with silver dial, arabic numerals, and white gold fluted bezel. Very happy with my choice, but might come back to that DJII some day.
