Lookin for PEPSI, COKE & ROOT-BEER bezels
Hi folks,
Where can I get genuine rolex bezels for my D serial GMTMASTER II? I wanted to buy one from my AD but he said that rolex is getting strict. They will only order pepsi bezel for watches that originally were pepsi and coke bezel for watches that were originaly cokes. IS the AD correct? I am trying to buy a COKE & even ROOTBEER bezel for future use so where do I go? thanks, |

That depends on where "somewhere" is (your location is not specified).
The bezels are easy to get in Europe, but less so in the USA.

I am in the USA ... and I prefer pepsi and that's what I have. But for later time when I am bored with pepsi, I wanna switch every 6 months or so ...

Some US AD's will let you buy them, and some will not... You just have to keep trying until you find one that will not. The price is $60 - 100 typically (depending on how much profit they want to make off of you!). You can also find them ocassionally here on TRF, or possibly even fleabay, but watch out for the latter - many, many of the ones being auctioned off are fake!

yeah, thank you ...I am trying not to go the cheaper route .... I mean it is watch and all authentic and I feel if I put on a non-rolex part on it, it is gonna ruin the whole thing ... I mean if we were talking about a big thing like a car, I can understand you get an off market ashtray but in such a small thing like a watch, a fake bezel doesn't feel right ... looks the same, but I will know it isn ot genuine ..... well I'll try some dealers and see how much TLC I can do to them ... thnx

oh yeah, I forgot to mention ... I am not looking for the bezel, just the color inserts that's all ...I occassionally used bezel and insert words interchangably but I now understand the difference... so I am looking for color inserts....

I will try for you in London next time I'm there.. Drop me a PM, and I'll do my best. They charged me £22+ VAT ($45) for my Pepsi...
