The Bezel in the pic seems to rule out a daytona right?

I still believe it will be a SS GMT, with different colored dial!

Yes unless they have redone the bezel which I doubt. Thinking it is a release of another variation of a current model. Very possible that Rolex will announce the Daytona as well.

The teaser shows a sliver of rotating bezel, so um, yeah, this will be news about a spectacular "red/blue" bezeled GMT MASTER !

As JJ would say, "and you can take that to the Bank!"

Boys, the teaser on the Rolex site shows a rotating bezel and those don't look like maxi case lugs to me so I'm still going with a stainless YM II

A sky in ss would be insane. I would buy one immediately. Re the 50th Daytona I know there is another thread but could you image a green anniversary platinum Daytona ceramic ? Everyone would lust after it and no one could afford it.

Who knows.

A SS Skydweller would be sweet.

Tops of lugs are brushed...the YMII has polished lugs all the way around. It's not a SS YMII.

They did the same thing last year. They released the info on their website the day before Basel.

Not sure about "everything" but I'd definitely get rid of my SubC ND to help with cash needed for one. A SS Sky-Dweller would be bad a**. As in a good thing. Whatever Rolex does I hope it's something amazing. From July thru December 2012 I went through 7 different Rolex's before I was done and only stopped because I no longer had any excitement for any of the other Rolex models. Other than a 116509 and that's a little more than I was comfortable spending on a watch in 2012 after all the other money I spent.

So long story short I am so READY for something new from Rolex because its been 4 long months without something new for me. So Rolex bring it own so I can give you more of my $$$$$.

this teaser leaves three things that it must be :

a WG gmt
a PT gmt/sub
a pepsi gmt

cant be sky-dweller in ss
cant be YMII in ss
cant be a Daytona

just saying by the pic of the teaser the lugs and bracelet size and proportions matches exactly a gmt or sub

but not saying there wont be an ss ymII or whatsoever just not on the Rolex teaser.

if i had to geuss ... a PT Sub, here isn't any Platinum sports watch available and the Sub is 60 yrs old so maybe they will release a PT Sub (not saying anniversary)

Cheers

they only did it 3 times ;)

before the SS versions where first and gold later and last year they came with new SS YM first instead of the YG.

cheers
