As a newb, I can see myself loosing control. What will be my next Rollie?

After wearing my trusty Omega Chrono 300m for the past 10 years, I bought my first Rolex almost 2 weeks ago. I deliberated over the SubC and Polar Explorer II, but end the end, I ended up with the SS SubC, which I always said I would never buy. however, despite all of the negative comments that I bought into with those that own Subs are this and that and that everyone has one, I am proud to say that I was wrong and am glad that I listened to my heart. I absolutely LOVE this watch and already have another timepiece on it way, the Pelagos. why you ask? Well, I feel a little guilty for wearing a "Rolex" around my employees and most are not earning a lot of money, so I feel that the Pealgos will fly waaaay under the radar while giving the Rolex quality feel and similarities in appearance.
So, now that I have both, well almost, I am already looking at what my next goal will be. It's between the Polar ExpII, Milgauss and a DateJust. Deep down I am feeling that I will be selling the Pelagos and saying, SCREW IT, and buying the ExpII and using that as my everyday watch that I will not mind wearing around my business. it also flies a little lower under the radar.
I am very happy with what i have experienced thus far despite the dogma of ROLEX owners and their "over rate" and "overpriced" watches.

Well, I don't typically use slang, nicknames or pet names being that I'm not from that generation, nor do I listen to hip hop or any form of hip hop. I guess I'm still excited.

I can see where it may be redundant, but I like tool watches, Ti and, again, I do not feel 100% comfortable wearing the SubC around my employees. I may come to realize that the Pelagos is too large, but I have fairly large muscualar wrist When I was at a AD I only had a few minutes to look at several watches. Before, larger watches never bothered me, but as I get a little older, i find myself leaning towards watches that are a little more scaled down, such as my SubC. ironically, the SubC took me a few days to fall in love with because it felt WAY too small but it seems to have grown in size. If I do find that the Pelagos is redundant or too large, then I will move on to the Polar ExpII.
As far as the Black Bay goes, I do not care for it. Reminds me of a Swiss Army Watch I had about 15 years ago.

Maybe consider giving your employees a raise? Or just buy another "rolex" and be done with it. Are your employees really going to be checking out your watch anyway?

I'm sure most of your employees are happy to just be employed much less worry about the boss' watch.

I have employees who have been employed with me anywhere from 25-45 years. What does that tell ya? Still, they don't understand the importance of personal responsibility and how to mange your finances. I do.
A bus boy or cashier shouldn't strive to make a career of what they do, wether it be minimum wage(hardly any of my employees make minimum wage, unless they are a 16 year old bus boy at their first job) or wether they are fresh out of college. I tell my employees all of the time to use this job for foundation building and as a stepping stone to better themselves in preparing them for their next job.
My cousin owns about 9 restaurants and wears his Rolex's and drives his Jags and Cadillac CTS-V to his work all of the time. I have raised this question to him before and he simply says he doesn't care what anyone thinks and feel it should influence his employees to set goals.
Anyways, back to the watches. Knowing I have the SubC, would you recommend that I keep or sell the Pelagos and get the ExpII as an everyday under the radar watch?

I think you really want the Explorer and not the Pelagos and everyone here will tell you, when they finally get over the Rollie fiasco, haha, that you should always go with your heart and the watch that makes you smile the most, after all these are not cheap purchases.

Have a look at the new 39mm 214270 Explorer 1, I have just bought one and it totally flies under the radar. I did not buy a Rolex for others to notice it and so far that has worked nicely. I easily have the most expensive watch at my place of work (Aston Martin) and I wanted to keep that on the down low.
