Canadapost delivered an item to the wrong province, what??

Hey, so I bought an item worth about $600 from USA. It was shipped using USPS then Canadapost took it once it went through customs.

Now, I checked the tracking earlier, and it says it was delivered, but it's in some city in another province entirely (I'm in QC, it was delivered to Barrie, ON).

The seller assures me they have written the right address and province. They have no reason to lie.

WTF?

Another reason to snap a quick picture of the sealed and addressed package before shipping.
