Both use an acryllic crystal.

The 1675 uses the slow beat 1575 while the 16750 uses a fast beat 3xxx movement. The 16750 has the quick set feature and interestingly WR went up to 100 meters on the newer version while the 1675 was 50 meters.

In the latter days the 16750 used a WG surround dial while the 1675 was always matt sans WGs.

Looks like the dial and hands are original. Insert was replaced at some point.

Can you post a picture showing the coronet?
That would help the experts.

Early 16570 matte dial versions had the pretty cool charasteristic long coronet.
As far as i know these can't be found on the 1675.

The pinions for the GMT hands are in different order-

1675 (from top down):

-Sweep/center seconds
-Minute
-Hour
-GMT
-Dial

16750 (from top down):

-Sweep/center seconds
-Minute
-GMT
-Hour
-Dial

Because of this, the pinions for the GMT hand differ in size/diameter.

Great watches Mike. Especially like the evenness and tone of the patina on the 16750...really hard to find them like that.
