Getting ready to grill after a good day skiing. Question: is my steak too big or is Laurie's too small?

Sent from my iPad (so I blame autocorrect for the spellin' errs)

Saturday Night is 'fun food' in the Rocky household.
Last night it was homemade Pizza.
Prawns, Pepperoni, Anchovies, Black Olives & Capsicum on a moderately slim base.
I drink the red wine and listen to Rock music (last night Deep Purple) while I cook.

Thanks! It was tasty, as was my wife's portobello mushroom risotto. Prepping Super Bowl food now - dry rubbed wings, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, and potato skins.

Thanks Roger.

Not many things beats a homemade lobster, shrimp or crayfish bisque.

Burn off the shells in Cognac, cook them in white wine and add heavy whipping cream, voila.
