I've not met Ricky, would love to though!
I boxed on a Benn Collins Eubank Watson charity show a few years ago, that was an experience! I live near Brighton so see Eubank regularly, jr and snr

Ah those were the glory days back in the 90's, Benn v McClellan is probably the best fight I ever saw, wish Roy Jones the so called best pound for pounder had had some balls and had fought at least one of them.

Jr if he keeps focused has the potential to be a good fighter, will be interesting to see how he develops

I think he's wasted being trained by Ronnie Davies.
Just because he trained his dad to world titles doesn't mean he will steer JR onto one.
He needs to move to America under someone like Virgil hunter or Mayweather gym, find his own style, tactics and become his own man. Then I have no doubt he could go onto a world title.

Bump for predictions. No mud slinging, what's your thoughts on the out come. Money is starting to flow towards Mayweather now. Fast and furious

I just saw the Hatton Mayweather fight the other day and he didn't win it as impressively as I remembered and Ricky was pretty strong in the first few rounds, so I think Pacman has a chance, I think he needs to go in hard and early, Mayweather will probably get stronger as the fight goes on.

Who is this Mayweather everyone is talking about? Last fight I saw was Suger Ray Leonard vs Thomas "Hitman" Hearns. Those were the days, my friends.

I hope Manny goes in hard and fast and puts Mayweather down. I'm a fan of Manny Pacquiao as both a boxer and a human being. He does his "job" very well indeed, gives shed loads of money to the poor in the Philippines and (apparently) doesn't shout about it from the rooftops.

Everyone makes mistakes. It's a shame that people don't let others move on and bring up the bad things they have done in the past

Yeah except he happened to make the same "mistake" multiple times. Not sure I would call hitting a woman a mistake. He has been arrested, prosecuted, and convicted of domestic violence on three separate occasions. Personally I have no room for men who beat women. So I agree with Lig I hope Pacquaio puts him on his ass.

Also I guess Mayweather doesn't want women reporters covering his fight who are critical of his domestic violence past. Mayweather's team has blocked two well respected female reporters from covering the fight.

+1000 It's not just a one time thing we're talking about.

I do respect FMs defensive skill and his business acumen but some things are inexcusable.

All I'm saying is, we weren't there, we don't know what happened. It's the same scenario as Tyson, his made a few silly little mistakes in his life but it seems to get dragged up whenever people talk about him. How can little mistakes overshadow a incredible career?

Except Floyd was convicted 5 times. This isn't a one time thing. Also, when asked about it, he doesn't admit he made a mistake, he says there is no proof. Dude, your own kids called the police on you. He is a terrible example of a human being. I am proud to say I have not, nor will ever, watch something where he is involved or contribute to his massive wealth.

The records are public. His children witnessed it and gave statements. I am sure everyone is lying, on all three occasions that he pled GUILTY!

Well unfortunately this is the world we live in. Public and private life for celebrities, athletes, politicians are no longer separate, it is just life. For me, what you choose to do behind closed doors is your own business as long as you stay in the realm of legality.

A man is what others say he is and no more. In this case he happens to be a convicted domestic abuser, wife beating, sorry excuse for a man. Public, private, doesn't matter to me.

Wow just wow. There isn't one situation where ANY woman deserves to be abused. Unbelievable.
