1944 Rolex Oyter estate find curious about 24hr dial
Hello I came across this watch and even with it not working thought that it had to have some value so I bought it
serial # dates it to 1944 , movement is 4220 can anyone tell me anything about the dial? I see that there are many variants to dials especially military dials any info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers shawn |

Reference is 4220 not movement.

Yes Model 4220 .. Speaking...Royal...Imperial...many variants of "names"
Movement is calibre 710. Low grade 15 jewel version. Dial is refinished. Also Hour hand is replaced. |
