1944 Rolex Oyter estate find curious about 24hr dial

Hello I came across this watch and even with it not working thought that it had to have some value so I bought it
serial # dates it to 1944 , movement is 4220
can anyone tell me anything about the dial? I see that there are many variants to dials especially military dials
any info would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
shawn

Yes Model 4220 .. Speaking...Royal...Imperial...many variants of "names"

Movement is calibre 710. Low grade 15 jewel version.

Dial is refinished.

Also Hour hand is replaced.
