No it isn't. The case tube with a twinlock only houses one gasket, not 2 like the triplock, and there is non on the outside of the tube.
The triplock case tube also holds a gasket between the case and the tube, which isn't shown on those pictures, so I guess you could consider it a cinquelock ![]() ![]()
