Sad but true...

Hi all,
The other day I sent a post telling my first love arrived finally!!! Well...today I felt the rotor making a bad noise when I shook a bit my wrist. Runs very fast and feel a bad vibration + noise.
I´m so sad... I know what´s the problem and I bought it in a well reputated dealer in Madrid so I´ll ask for my one year warranty.
I can open the watch and make service my own but I don´t want to lose the mentioned warranty and it´s roominess probably will need new rotor...well....I´m not sure till open!!!
The only think I know is my first love runs away from me again...sad but true.

It is a beautiful watch, I'm sure they will get you all fixed up! Hard to let it go back so soon though.

I'm sure it's a simple fix. I wouldn't open the case unless you are positive you know what you are doing.

Don't risk the warranty, let the dealer honor the warranty and fix it. Hope it is a simple fix!

Certainly a disappointment but I'm sure you will get it sorted out soon and can once again enjoy your watch with no worries. Good luck with a quick turn around on getting it repaired.

Not enough information to give a correct analyst of your perhaps problem.Did you fully manual wind your watch before you started to wear?.How was your testing method to determine your watch was running very fast and by how much is it fast over 24 hours?.Its possible all you are hearing is the winding rotor swinging and winding your watch. What is the serial of watch if used any service history again its possible if watch is quite few years old there might be wear in the rotor stem axle bearing, again with no real information cannot give a correct answer.

Hi Peter!,
I did not say the watch goes fast. I said the rotor goes very fast and I'm nearly sure is the rotor axle.
I talked with the AD this morning and they will take a new service and will give the full service history.
The watch is 12 years old. Not polished and light wear. They sold the watch with recent service and they will take care of any issue of the watch for one year. I've just sent the watch for knowing the problem and for new service.
Thanks all for your support and will keep you informed about this!!
Nice to be in this forum!!
