Rolex Daytona Questions

If I am not mistaken, the first Rolex Daytona with the 4130 movement( 11620, 116523) came out 2000. Anyway, I believe that the first batch of the Rolex Daytonas with the 4130 movement came out with the thinner hands. Would anybody know on what year did the Rolex Daytonas( 4130) came out with the fat hands? Also, in what year did they come out with the polished lugs and bracelets? And lastly, in what year did they come out with Easy-Link 5 MM Extension links?

Fat hands, sometime during the F-serial number run appx 2004/2005.

PCLs, Easy Link, with the introduction of the 116520 in 2000.
