Edamame pasta with steamed veggies and Ahi Tuna. The edamame pasta is actually surprisingly good.

Looked at enough of your threads to count the veggies used and tried to copy. What (red) tomatoes do you use?

Quick and easy BBQ as it's very hot out. Grilled Turkey Burgers on wheat, corn on the cob and not pictured fruit tray. Fire roasted salsa with roasted habanero, serrano and jalepeno peppers. Might have over done it. Hot stuff 👍🏻
Had to make a separate batch for the wife.
Put fresh herbs and diced tomatoes in the turkey meat to keep it juicy.

Lol, I dig the RM just out of my league.

Being a die hard Rolex guy it is nice to see a tool watch being put to proper use. I smoke meats in my 1675 regularly. 👍🏻

Ribs look great Paul. What temp do you pull yours?

Just giving you a little heck Mark.

I like the 2-1-1 on ribs at 225. Also use butcher paper to wrap vs foil. Fall apart meat
