Rolex 1655 mk1 straight hand nice example?
Hi all gentleman
I just got the photos from the friend of mine. Just want to share you the photos of this 1655 mk1 and need you guys a fair opinion. Please educate me. Do you guys spot any wrong on this watch ? The asking price is 19000 usd Is the bezel correct for the period ? Can anyone spot something wrong? Which Explorer II are you asking about? There are two in the photo you posted, and I can't access those links.
Either way, I suggest you visit the link below. It should answer all of your questions. If all is right with the watch you're asking about, $19K is in the ballpark. crown guards look better on example #1 (albino orange hand)...example #2 could use a good non-evasive polishing to remove the countless scratches (unless you prefer it left that way).
take your time & scrutinize all available options...unless on a strict timeframe, the old adage 'haste makes waste' always applies. |
