Get a 2 tone GMT. You get the GMT complication and more bling. I don't care for 2 tone in the DJ line, but 2-tone sport models with the black and gold look great.

Maybe why the AD was pushing the black bezel

GMT could cover from casual to formal, whereas the Yachtmaster leans a bit more to the casual side

That is a great picture of both watches. I am still torn but I am starting to lean more towards the GMT as it is a great watch to start with.

Just need to find one at a competitive price now :o)

I would go with the gmt first, preferably the blnr (as many have recommended). Then next the ym.

Looking for the YM blue dial myself.
Loved the rose gold also but is a bit to expensive for me.
Me myself ain't in for black dials.
Why buying a watch you love and worry about the resell value ???
You'll never get the price you really want for it.

About discount in AD's....
I've been negotiating with the AD I've been , also by mail.
They answered me back after a while, when they knew I could buy one for a better price elswhere ( on chrono 24 , timepiecebanc) they invited me to come to an agreement.

Yeah...I think the GMT will probably do better in the long run, but A) who knows, and B) I wouldn't base my decision on it. Get what you like and will enjoy wearing the most.

FWIW, I like the GMT.
