Rolex sub question

When I shake my rolex sub, it makes a slight swirling sound. Is this normal?
I am sure that it's not coming from the bracelet; I even stopped the watch to test it, and the outcome was the same.

Like an idiot, I was rushing to work this morning when there was still ice all over the floor - I ended up slipping and falling. Now I'm not sure if I landed on my wrist, though I don't think so because I moved my arm as I was falling to prevent my watch from hitting the ground.

My sub is about 8 months old, with no previous accidents. Should I be concerned?

Most likely its the rotor on the movement winding your watch. How loud is it? If its overly loud then there may be a problem

Ahhh, the methods we will take to ensure our watches' safety at the expense of our own.

Is it a modern 6 digit sub or a pre ceramic fiver?

When you say the sub is 8 months old, do you mean a used watch 8 months old to you or a brand new watch thats only 8 months old?

Probably the rotor. You ought to hear a ball bearing rotor when you place it on a hard surface. I have an IWC that will walk across the table. I hope you didn't get your new watch scratched or dinged.

Ball bearing rotors are noisy. SubC doesn't have ball bearings. I cannot hear mine at all....

The rotor should be silent. I believe a trip to RSC is in order just to make sure nothing is grinding.

when i pick up a watch from my safe i'll feel the rotor move around and it's always weird.

see if you're keeping solid time.
